Stenbee is a 24/7 AI sales agent that greets every visitor, answers questions instantly, qualifies leads, and captures sales. The staff panel is the control center where you manage conversations, contacts, channels, documents, and workspace settings.
Who this docs is for
Section titled “Who this docs is for”These docs are written for workspace admins — the people responsible for setting up Stenbee, configuring channels, managing staff, and keeping the workspace running.
Staff members (non-admin) will find the Core Features section useful, but admin-only pages are clearly marked throughout.
