Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing overview of your workspace. It shows AI credit usage, plan details, resource limits, and billing actions. Usage data auto-refreshes every 5 minutes.

A horizontal progress bar at the top of the page shows AI credit usage as a percentage of your plan limit.

The current plan name appears beneath the usage bar. Admins can use the Dashboard to upgrade or change plans when billing is available for the workspace. Staff members can view usage and limits, but cannot change billing.

If credit top-ups are available for your workspace, the Dashboard includes an Additional Credits section. Admins can buy extra credits from this section without changing the main plan.

A grid shows usage versus maximum for each resource type:

When a limit is reached, the corresponding creation buttons across the panel are disabled and show a warning message.

The Dashboard refreshes its usage data every 5 minutes automatically.

  • Check AI credit usage when you log in so you can spot a workspace nearing its limit
  • Resource limits are shared across all staff in a workspace
  • If a creation button is disabled, check the Dashboard to see whether a plan limit has been reached
