Dashboard

Access: All roles.

URL: /staff/dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing overview of your workspace. It shows usage against plan limits and resource consumption at a glance. Data auto-refreshes every 5 minutes.

A horizontal progress bar at the top of the page showing overall workspace utilization as a percentage. The bar changes color based on thresholds:

UsageColorMeaning
0–60%GreenHealthy
60–85%YellowApproaching limits
85–100%RedNear or at capacity

The percentage label is displayed to the right of the bar.

Beneath the usage bar, the current plan name is displayed (e.g., “Starter”, “Pro”). This is read-only and cannot be changed from the staff panel.

A grid of four cards showing usage vs. maximum for each resource type:

ResourceTracks
StaffCurrent staff count vs. plan limit
ChannelsCurrent channel count vs. plan limit
DocumentsCurrent document count vs. plan limit
ContactsCurrent contact count vs. plan limit

Each card shows:

  • Resource name
  • Current usage number
  • Maximum allowed number
  • A mini progress bar

When a limit is reached, the corresponding creation buttons across the panel are disabled and show a warning message.

The Dashboard refreshes its data every 5 minutes automatically. No manual refresh button is needed.

StateWhat you see
LoadingGray placeholder bars and cards while data loads
ErrorRed error message at the top of the page
EmptyNot applicable — the dashboard always has plan and limit data
  • The usage bar is a quick health check — glance at it when you log in to confirm your workspace isn’t approaching limits
  • Resource limits are shared across all staff in a workspace — if one admin uploads documents to capacity, no one else can upload until documents are deleted
  • The Settings page also shows some usage context when loading the system prompt and widget config
